Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
